Please log in to the Client Portal, click [Download], select the MT4/MT5 version you want to install, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
If you encounter any problems during installation, please contact live chat support and we will assist you further.
When logging in to MT4/MT5 for the first time, select [Login with an existing account], search for the server that corresponds to your trading account, then enter your trading account number and trading password to log in. You can view the server name for your trading account on the home page of the Client Portal.
When you log in to MT4/MT5 with the investor password, you can view the trading activity on the account but cannot place or manage any trades. If you would like someone else to view your trading activity, you can give them the trading account number and the investor password to log in.
