HSCHKD 新聞與市場洞察
China H-Shares are stocks of mainland Chinese companies incorporated in China but listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX), where they are traded in Hong Kong dollars (HKD) and subject to Hong Kong's regulatory framework. Unlike A-Shares, which trade on mainland Chinese exchanges in Renminbi (CNY) and are primarily available to domestic investors, H-Shares are accessible to international and mainland investors, making them a crucial bridge between China’s economy and global financial markets. These shares allow foreign investors to gain exposure to Chinese companies without the restrictions imposed on A-Shares while also giving mainland firms access to international capital through Hong Kong’s well-developed financial system.
