“这相当于每天近1530万桶的加工量，是两年来的最高水平。去年同期的水平超过了近每天100万桶。中国咨询公司Oilchem此前报告称，九月份在一些炼油厂完成维护工作后，炼油厂的利用率达到了今年的最高水平。”
“因此，加工量的增加并不令人意外。前九个月的原油加工总量为5.5亿吨（每天1475万桶），比去年增长了3.7%。这表明，全年加工量有望增加，而去年则下降了3.6%。”
