"英镑/美元正在缓慢下滑。英国10月份CPI为英国央行（BOE）在下一个12月18日的会议上恢复宽松留下了空间。总体CPI同比增长3.6%，而9月份为3.8%（市场共识：3.5%，BOE预测：3.6%），核心CPI通胀同比放缓至3.4%，而8月份为3.5%，政策相关的服务业CPI通胀则意外降至10个月低点4.5%（市场共识：4.6%），而9月份为4.7%。"
"掉期市场将12月降息的概率从昨天的80%提高至88%。在接下来的12个月中，掉期曲线暗示将有60个基点的宽松，政策利率将在3.25%-3.50%之间触底。预计11月26日的英国预算将带来财政拖累，为BOE的宽松政策设置打开了大门。因此，我们预计英镑在交叉盘中将继续表现不佳。"
