据路透社援引三位知情人士的消息，"西方港口的出口计划在8月份增加了20万桶，达到每日200万桶。原因是本月乌克兰对俄罗斯石油精炼厂的无人机攻击，导致至少17%的加工能力停产，从而使更多原油可供出口。"

"然而，根据彭博社的数据，上周俄罗斯港口的石油装船量降至每日272万桶，较前一周下降超过10%，创下四周低点。波动性较小的四周平均水平仍接近前一周创下的六个月低点306万桶每日。"

"上周石油出口的下降是由于波罗的海乌斯季卢加港的装船量减少，该港口成为乌克兰无人机攻击的目标。黑海诺沃罗西斯克港的装船量也有所下降。"
