“我们早前曾警告外汇市场迄今为止对法国政治戏剧风险‘忽视’，并提醒近期不要自满。法国政府可能出现的动荡，以及数周甚至数月没有领导者的风险不应被排除。预测市场预计9月8日的信任投票失败的概率为96%。回想去年，一次不信任投票的赌博（尽管不是关于预算）导致前总理巴尔尼尔的辞职。”
