“美元两年期掉期利率昨日再降6个基点，降至3.40%以下，约低于美国CPI前的10个基点。贝森特表示，美联储的利率应该低150-175个基点，9月份的降息应该为50个基点。目前市场并未定价超过25个基点的可能性，除非在杰克逊霍尔研讨会（8月21-23日）上有相关暗示，或者8月份的就业数据再次大幅失望，否则50个基点的选项可能不会被认真对待。”
