US President Trump rejects Iran sanctions relief, Hormuz must open
The US President Donald Trump crossed the wires and said that the US is not easing sanctions on Iran and that the US would not unfreeze Iranian assets. He added that he is ânot comfortable with Russia or China taking Iranâs stockpile of highly enriched uranium.â
Regarding the Strait of Hormuz, he said that it would be open to everyone, that no one would control it and that it would be open immediately.
Trump commented that the US-Iran deal has to be perfect and that thereâs an understanding with Iran.
